Tracking number
Once your order has been packed, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has now been packed and is ready for dispatch. In this email, you will also receive a tracking number so you can follow your package at all times.
If you have chosen pick-up at a "Parcel box/post office", you will receive a direct notification from GLS when your package is ready for pick-up.
