Personal information is never given to third parties, unless you yourself expressly give your consent to this, and we never collect personal information without you having given us this information yourself when registering, purchasing or participating in a survey, etc. Here information is collected about name, address, postcode, e-mail, gender, age, interests, attitudes and knowledge of various topics.

Personal information is used to complete the purchase or service in connection with which the information was collected. Protection of personal data
According to the Personal Data Act, your personal information must be stored securely and confidentially. We store your personal information on restricted-access computers located in controlled facilities, and our security measures are reviewed on an ongoing basis to determine whether our user information is handled appropriately, always respecting your rights as a user. However, we cannot guarantee 100 percent security of data transfers via the Internet. Personal information is deleted or anonymized on an ongoing basis as the purpose for which it was collected ends. Personal information is stored for a maximum of 12 months after use.

  • Name, address, email and telephone number for GLS, DAO or Post Nord, in order to send your goods
  • Email information and name for Trustpilot and the E-mark so that they can contact you by email regarding your evaluation of the purchase
  • Payment information to Bambora A/S in order to accept the purchase from you.

Newsletter: If you sign up for our newsletter, we pass on your name and email details to the service Klaviyo from which our newsletters are sent. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via a direct link from the bottom of any newsletter, after which your data will be deleted from here. If you are subscribed to our newsletter, your name and e-mail may be transferred to Klaviyo's servers in the USA. Klaviyo is Privacy Shield certified, cf. https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000TO6hAAG , which is why it is assessed that Klaviyo ensures a sufficient level of protection.
