The sales and delivery conditions below apply to all deliveries from and deals entered into with Lippa ApS. Any deviation from the general sales and delivery conditions can only be done with written permission from Lippa ApS.
All prices on the website are, unless otherwise stated, cash unit prices incl. VAT, import duties and taxes, but excluding delivery. All prices on the website are Danish prices (DKK). Lippa ApS reserves the right to change prices without notice. In the event of exceeding the payment deadline, as well as in the case of sales to traders, we reserve the right to debit the overdue amount with 2% interest per month and a reminder fee corresponding to DKK 80 incl. VAT per moves. The item remains the property of Lippa ApS until the entire purchase price incl. Possibly. interest and costs have been paid. All cases that are not paid after reminders are transferred to RKI A/S.

Lippa ApS does not charge a card fee or other charge for the payment.
The full amount is debited when the item is dispatched to the recipient.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.
The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) we raise the amount when we send the item, or
2) until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.
Shipments are subject to freight charges according to applicable rates. Items are usually delivered within 1-2 business days. Free shipping applies to delivery to Dao Parcel Shop/GLS Parcel Shop/Post Office and GLS delivery to workplace. Lipp a ApS is only run as an internet company, which is why there is no possibility of personal service at the address without prior agreement, since no stock is kept at the address. When purchasing several products, where one or more products are pre-ordered, your order will be sent together when all products are in stock. If you want partial delivery, there may be additional shipping costs. Contact us for further information and agreement.
We offer a 14-day full right of return. The right of withdrawal runs from the time the goods are handed over to the consumer. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the standard cancellation form. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.
In the event that you refuse to receive the package or do not collect your package from a parcel shop, post office or parcel box, the costs for returning the package to our address will be charged to you. The costs are offset against the credit to the credit card used. The return and handling costs are DKK 45.Return:
You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the goods' return shipment and you bear the risk for the goods from the time of the goods' delivery.
Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging. Therefore, always take extra care of the original packaging in case you have to use the right of cancellation.
The costs for return are expected to amount to approx. 50 Danish kroner. This is just an expected price and depends on how you send the package back and with which shipping company.
The item's condition when you send it back:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
Refund of the purchase amount:
If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid us for the product. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you have regretted the purchase by refusing to receive or pick up the product, we will offset the return costs in your refund.
We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery unless otherwise agreed. Should this still happen, extra costs will be deducted from the refund.
Right of complaint:
There is a 24-month right of return on all goods. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects have not arisen as a result of your incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behavior that has led to the defect or error. You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have ascertained the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be timely.
For all goods (including goods with a limited shelf life such as batteries, power banks and LED bulbs) it applies that normal wear and tear is not a defect in the sense of the Sales Act, even if wear and tear may occur before the expiry of the 2-year right of complaint.
If you wish to advertise a product, the item must be sent to us at our address. For repairs, a detailed description of the fault and a copy of the invoice must be sent. Goods for exchange/repair must be returned complete as far as possible. In the event of a product being returned where no fault can be found, Lippa ApS reserves the right to invoice you for an inspection fee for the technician's time spent and shipping. (1 technician hour is billed at DKK 395 incl. VAT.)
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.

When you return the item, please send an email to email@example.com, where you describe the problem in as much detail as possible and state your order number. When the package is sent, a delivery note with order number is attached.

Any order is accepted subject to force majeure, including war, civil unrest, natural disasters, strikes and lockouts, failing supplies of raw materials, fire, damage to Lippa ApS or the suppliers' production equipment, failing transport options, import or export conditions and any other event that prevents/ restricts us in delivering the goods. Lippa ApS has the option to choose between withdrawing the transaction, withdrawing a part of it, or delivering as soon as the obstacle to normal delivery has ceased. We shall indemnify you against any loss you may suffer as a result of the non-delivery due to Force Majeure.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Lippa ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

Your information is not passed on or sold to third parties.
We have entered into data processing agreements with third parties such as the E-label, Trustpilot, GLS, Post Nord and others. all within the EU. However, Klaviyo processes e-mail information of customers who receive our newsletter on servers in the United States. K laviyo is Privacy Shield certified, cf. https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000TO6hAAG , which is why it is assessed that Mailchimp ensures a sufficient level of protection.
As registered with Lippa Aps, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact email@example.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met.
