Generally:
The following terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from and transactions concluded with Lippa ApS. Any deviation from the general terms and conditions of sale and delivery can only occur with written permission from Lippa ApS.
Prices:
All prices on the website are, unless otherwise stated, cash unit prices incl. VAT, import duties and taxes, but excluding delivery. All prices on the website are Danish prices (DKK). Lippa ApS reserves the right to change prices without notice. If the payment deadline is exceeded, as well as when selling to businesses, we reserve the right to debit the amount due with 2% interest per month and a reminder fee equivalent to DKK 80,- incl. VAT per reminder. The goods remain the property of Lippa ApS until the entire purchase price incl. any interest and costs have been paid. All cases that are not paid after reminders are transferred to RKI A/S.
Order:
All items can be ordered online in our webshop. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day – 365 days a year.
Orders are processed every weekday between 09:00 and 16:00.

Lippa ApS does not charge any card fees or other charges for the payment.
The full amount will be debited when the item is shipped to the recipient.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately.
The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) we withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or
2) until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.
Pre-orders
When purchasing items marked as pre-order , payment is taken in connection with the order, even if the item is not delivered until a later date.
The expected delivery date will always be stated in the product description.
If the delivery time changes significantly, the customer will be informed and have the opportunity to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
Delivery and shipping:
Shipments are subject to shipping costs according to current rates. Goods are usually delivered within 1-2 business days. Free shipping applies to deliveries to Dao Pakkeshop/GLS Pakkeshop/Posthus and GLS deliveries to workplaces. Lippa ApS is operated only as an internet company, which is why personal service at the address is not possible without prior agreement, since there is no stock at the address. If you want to come by and see the products or pick up an order, you must have made an appointment before arrival. Contact us on live chat or support@lippa. dk.
When purchasing multiple products, where one or more products are pre-ordered, your order will be shipped together when all products are in stock. If you wish to have partial delivery, additional shipping costs may apply. Contact us for further information and an agreement.
Return policy:
We offer a 14-day full right of return. The right of withdrawal runs from the time the goods are handed over to the consumer. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given to support@lippa.dk or by using the standard cancellation form. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.
In the event that you refuse to accept the package or do not pick up your package at a parcel shop, post office or parcel box, the costs for returning the package to our address will be charged to you. The costs will be offset against the credit to the credit card used. The return and handling costs are DKK 45.
Return:
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods and you bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery.
Missing original packaging may possibly constitute a decrease in value, so to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in the original packaging. Therefore, always make sure to take extra care of the original packaging in case you need to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The cost of returning the item is expected to be a maximum of approximately 50 DKK. This is just an expected price and depends on how you return the package and with which shipping company.
Condition of the item when you return it:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store, but you may not put them into actual use.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount:
If you regret your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid to us for the product. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
If you have regretted the purchase by refusing to receive or pick up the product, we will offset the return costs from your refund.
We will make such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.

We do not accept packages that are not delivered or packages sent by COD unless otherwise agreed. Should this happen, additional costs will be deducted from the refund.
Right of complaint:
There is a 24-month right of complaint on all goods. This means that you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects have not arisen as a result of your incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior that has caused the defect or error. You must file a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you file a complaint within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be timely.
For all goods (including goods with a limited shelf life such as batteries, power banks and LED bulbs), normal wear and tear is not a defect within the meaning of the Danish Sales Act, even though wear and tear may occur before the expiry of the 2-year warranty period.
If you wish to make a complaint about a product, the product must be sent to us at our address. In the event of a repair, a detailed description of the fault and a copy of the invoice must be included. Goods for exchange/repair must be returned complete as far as possible. In the event of a return of a product where no fault can be found, Lippa ApS reserves the right to invoice you an inspection fee for the technician's time used and shipping. (1 technician hour is invoiced at DKK 395,- incl. VAT.)
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

When you return the item, please send an email to support@lippa.dk, describing the problem in as much detail as possible and stating your order number. When the package is shipped, a delivery note with the order number will be included.
We neither accept packages without delivery nor packages sent by cash on delivery.
Force Majeure:
Every order is accepted subject to force majeure, including war, civil unrest, natural disasters, strikes and lockouts, failure of raw material supplies, fire, damage to Lippa ApS or the suppliers' production equipment, failure of transport options, import or export conditions and any other event that prevents/restricts us from delivering the goods. Lippa ApS has the option to choose between cancelling the transaction, cancelling part of it, or delivering as soon as the obstacle to normal delivery has ceased. We will not be liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of the failure to deliver due to Force Majeure.
Personal data policy:
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal data is registered with Lippa ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

Your information will not be passed on or sold to third parties.
We have entered into data processing agreements with third parties such as E-mærk, Trustpilot, GLS, Post Nord, etc. all within the EU. However , Klaviyo processes email information on customers who receive our newsletter on servers in the USA. Klaviyo is Privacy Shield certified, cf. https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000TO6hAAG , which is why it is assessed that Mailchimp ensures an adequate level of protection.
As a registered user of Lippa Aps, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to: support@lippa.dk
Complaints procedure:
If you would like to complain about your purchase, please contact support@lippa.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant board in the area, provided that the conditions for this are met.
